New Laundry Room...Part 1

I talked to the Volkswagen Service Manager. That is where my car was actually serviced, because 1) it's where the Audi dealership used to be, and 2) it's where the real service department actually is.  They only have 2 bays for show at the new Audi dealership down the street. Anyway, he was uber nice once I explained that I was really worried about this because Senior Jefe goes back to the land of ice and snow and I can't afford to have things go wrong and be stranded. He actually sat down and went over the diagnostic with me and then we chatted about it and I explained that I can't imagine this was bad gas, because I filled the car up the night before I went to the airport and left the car all night in the cold garage (the misfire is most pronounced below freezing). It should have showed up before I went to the airport. He agreed, but told me that until the fault repeats, his hands are tied with Audi, but he gave me a copy of everything and his card and told me that if cylinder #4 starts misfiring again, to bring it in and he'll push the issue with Audi. I thought it was sweet of him. So we will see what happens?
Now for the unveiling...
After 2 days of work, here is the improved laundry room. I still need to replace all the outlet covers, but then it will be like new.
It's a little blurry, but you get the idea.
My fingers are all bruised, blood blistered, cut...etc, but at least it is mostly done. So switch covers tomorrow and then hopefully a W/D on Friday...
Awesome, huh?
